Catherine joined Network Space in 2016 as a Senior Development Manager and was promoted to Development Director in 2020. She has previously held development positions at Leeds City Council, the North West Regional Development Agency and Homes England.
Catherine is responsible for planning, development and delivery of a wide range of regeneration and development projects across the North West. With valuable experience of working in both the public and private sector, she has a long track record of securing and managing public funding streams to support development projects with challenging commerical viability. Catherine is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Board Member of the Liverpool City Region LEP’s Built Environment Board.
