Simon graduated in 2017 with a degree in Town Planning and Property Development during which he undertook a placement year in the Planning Policy department at Teignbridge District Council. He joined the development team at Network Space as a Development Assistant and was promoted to Development Manager in 2018.
He delivers site acquisition, lettings and disposals and is currently bringing forward design and build, as well as speculative schemes, in Merseyside and Yorkshire.
In his spare time Simon enjoys playing golf and following his local football team.
