Simon is a chartered surveyor and joined Network Space in 1999 as a development manager. He has fulfilled various roles over the years and notably was the managing director of the joint venture with English Partnerships, responsible for delivering 400 workspace units totalling 750,000 sq ft in the former English coalfield regions. In all he has delivered more than 2million sq ft of industrial and office space.
In his role as a development director he has responsibility for securing and delivering development opportunities in the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
Away from the office Simon spends time with his family and enjoys walking, watching rugby and playing golf.
