Meet the Development Team

Stephen joined Network Space in 2002 as a Senior Development Manager, since then he has played a key role in all development and partnership activities. In 2015 he became Managing Director (Development), taking responsibility for all of the group's development operations.

Tony is an engineer and technical specialist. He joined Network Space in 2022 following 20 years with Tetra Tech / White Young Green where he provided consultancy support to Network Space.

Simon is a chartered surveyor and joined Network Space in 1999 as a development manager. He has fulfilled various roles over the years and notably was the managing director of the joint venture with English Partnerships, responsible for delivering 400 workspace units totalling 750,000 sq ft in the former English coalfield regions. In all he has delivered more than 2million sq ft of industrial and office space.

Joe joined Network Space in 2007 following his graduation from University of Nottingham and has subsequently risen through the ranks of the development team. As Development Director, he is responsible for identifying and securing new land and partnership opportunities as well as advancing projects through planning, detailed design, delivery and disposal.

Catherine joined Network Space in 2016 as a Senior Development Manager and was promoted to Development Director in 2020. She has previously held development positions at Leeds City Council, the North West Regional Development Agency and Homes England.

Simon graduated in 2017 with a degree in Town Planning and Property Development during which he undertook a placement year in the Planning Policy department at Teignbridge District Council. He joined the development team at Network Space as a Development Assistant and was promoted to Development Manager in 2018.

Brian joined Network Space in 2022 whilst completing a Postgraduate Masters Degree in Real Estate Asset Management at the University of Manchester. Prior to this, in 2021 Brian graduated from the University of Leeds with an Undergraduate Economics Degree.
