Network Space successfully remediated this brownfield site and delivered 30,000 sq ft of bespoke three-storey office accommodation for St Helens Chamber of Commerce. This project was completed in 2009.
The success of Chalon Way Enterprise Centre can be attributed to a close relationship with St Helens Chamber and its involvement from the early stages of the design process.
Our experience of developing similar facilities was vital in helping us to understand how multi-occupied/managed office facilities function. Consequently, our proposal for the Enterprise Centre reflected tested designs rather than design concepts.
Network Space were pleased to commit to a local labour initiative ensuring that the contracts for the works were let to benefit local businesses and trades, therefore complimenting the overall ethos of the Enterprise Centre.
