Joe joined Network Space in 2007 following his graduation from University of Nottingham and has subsequently risen through the ranks of the development team. As Development Director, he is responsible for identifying and securing new land and partnership opportunities as well as advancing projects through planning, detailed design, delivery and disposal.
With technical experience across land and construction law, landlord and tenant, planning and advocacy, market evaluation and development appraisal, Joe ensures that project delivery follows a rational sequence and that risks are always managed, measured and proportionate for both Network Space and its partners.
Away from the office, Joe maintains an active lifestyle, is a keen follower of most sports and enjoys spending time with his three children.
