Stephen joined Network Space in 2002 as a Senior Development Manager, since then he has played a key role in all development and partnership activities. In 2015 he became Managing Director (Development), taking responsibility for all of the group's development operations.
Prior to joining Network Space, Stephen spent 5 years with English Partnerships and later the North West Development Agency where he worked on a wide range of regeneration and development projects within the North West. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
