Nicky, who has more than 30 years’ commercial property experience, recently steered the NSM team through a change management process in order to make the transition from client-side to agency.
Nicky joined the group in 1999 as a Property Manager, subsequently progressing to Property Director with responsibility for all aspects of the investment portfolio, and implementation of the group’s overall estates strategy to enhance value whilst maintaining an excellent quality product. Nicky liaised with all aspects of the business in relation to investment sale and purchasing, new development design and implementation and legal and letting services.
Nicky remains a member of the board of directors for Network Space Holdings, a position which she has held since 2012. She is a member of the RICS and the RICS Principle for retaining the organisation’s RICS Firm Regulation.
As Managing Director of NSM since 2018, Nicky has already been able to establish the business as an excellent provider of property and asset management services, not only to the Network Space Group but also to external clients. The business has exciting plans for the future, with Nicky leading the strategy for the growth and development of the company.
Having a young family, Nicky can be found at the weekend sitting in a sports hall or driving from one activity to another, whilst planning the next family trip or organising social events.
