Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with 14 years’ commercial property experience across a range of asset types in the UK
Since joining Network Space, Tom has led several acquisitions across the Northwest and Yorkshire, including the acquisitions of an industrial portfolio from Threadneedle and a prime multi-let estate in Trafford Park.
Tom is responsible for enhancing the investment portfolio, through overseeing the group’s investment activities and securing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Network Space, Tom previously worked within Knight Frank’s capital markets team, where he spent several years buying and selling investment stock across the Northwest.
