Network Space Investments (NSI) has let 3,031 sq ft of workspace at Newfield Industrial Estate in Stoke-on-Trent to Arcadeland on a five-year lease.
The company, which trades as Pinballia, was founded in 2012 by Stoke born, Andrew Dowler. The move means the firm can expand its dedicated team which designs and manufactures virtual pinball machines at the new workshop for sale around the globe.
Andrew explains: “Having outgrown our old business premises, Newfield Industrial Estate offers flexible, well-located space to meet the needs of our expanding business. As well as selling arcade machines, pinball is our main passion. We will continue to design, manufacture and sell virtual pinball machines at the new warehouse, which also boasts a dedicated showroom.
“Virtual pinball machines are rising in popularity as they offer the functionality of a traditional machine, but you can play hundreds of different pinball tables on them, from classics to new releases, keeping everyone entertained.”
Owned by Network Space Investments, Newfield Industrial Estate is well located off the High Street in Tunstall, just two miles from the A500 near Junction 16 of the M6. A multi-let site, it provides 125,000 sq ft of light industrial warehouse and office space across nine acres and is home to 20 businesses, including global corporate Air Liquid.

Now it is fully let it provides a fantastic investment opportunity and we ae considering its sale in order to reinvest into new value-add opportunities.”
