Duke Street: Network Space

Property Details

90 Duke Street is a flagship office development in the RopeWalks area of Liverpool City Centre.

Prior to redevelopment, this city centre site contained a number of redundant buildings and Network Space was appointed by the HCA in 2004 as the preferred developer tasked with the site’s regeneration.

Network Space obtained planning consent in 2013 for 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space contained within a uniquely designed building built to complement and respect the surrounding historic environment. Construction was completed in 2016 and was subsequently awarded BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status. Once complete, the building was sold to ACL.

90 Duke Street was delivered in partnership with Liverpool City Council and the European Regional Development Fund and was named ‘Best Commercial Building’ at the annual MA Awards in 2016.
