Property Details

Network Space was selected as preferred developer for Venture Point West following a competitive process to develop the brownfield site in partnership with Liverpool Land Development Company and the North West Development Agency.

Venture Point West consists of five light industrial buildings divided into 12 attractively designed, high quality self-contained units ranging from 3,134 to 19,940 sq ft. This set new standards for workspace/office accommodation in the North West, demonstrating that good design can offer functionality for occupiers whilst being sensitive to sustainability issues and attractive in appearance.

In recognition of its high sustainable standard of development, Venture Point West was the first industrial scheme in the North West to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The scheme hosts design features including;energy efficient accommodation, cyclist changing/shower facilities and a nature reserve.
