Ashroyd Business Park is a prime development situated less than 2 miles east of Junction 36 of the M1.

Located adjacent to the Dearne Valley Parkway, Network Space acquired 10.5 acres of former agricultural land in May 2017 and secured planning for B1/B2/B8 uses in October 2018.

The first phase speculative development of five industrial and distribution units completed in summer 2020, providing workspace units ranging from 11,000 to 53,000 sq ft.

Ashroyd Business Park phase 1 was delivered in partnership with Sheffield City Region and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council.

In February 2021, Network Space sold Ashroyd Business Park phase 1 to 4th Industrial, a new venture backed by TPG Real Estate Partners.
